Marsland, a <br />resident of Pima County, Arizona, died testate, leaving a Will which was duly admitted to probate <br />in the District Court of Pima County Superior Court, Arizona, on March 12 , <br />20 , wherein Richard G. Marsland was named Personal Representative and Richard G. <br />Marsland was appointed by said court as such Personal Representative; and <br />WHEREAS, said Personal Representative, conveys the real estate described as the Finley <br />properties in the Last Will & Testament of Robert G. Marsland and which is hereinafter more <br />fully described, to Vivian L. Nolte, a/k/a Vivian Nolte (the sister of Margaret Finley Marsland, <br />deceased). <br />NOW THEREFORE, Richard G. Marsland, Personal Representative ofthe Will ofRobert <br />G. Marsland, deceased, does convey and warrant unto Vivian L. Nolte all ofthe interest of Robert <br />G.
