Menard and Sharon L. Menard, are the defendants, Wells Fargo Bank <br />�,"inrESO�a, P�ationa� Association, soieiy in its capacity as Trustee, under the <br />Series Supplement to the Master Facility Agreement dated August 30, 2001-PB1 <br />Trust did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of Ninety- <br />One Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents <br />($91,379.35), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and costs of suit; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the <br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master <br />Commissior,er should ca�ase the l��ds an� tener�en�s here;na�tsr uz�criue� tc bE <br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R. Baack, <br />Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale <br />to him duly directed, did an March 30, 2010, inside the front door of the Hall County <br />Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given due <br />and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in each week <br />for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said <br />County of Half, sell said premises at public auction to Dan Thayer and Lisa Thayer, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, for the sum of Fifty- <br />One Thousand Two Hundred One Dollars ($51,201.00); and <br />
