� <br />20i1009�y <br />AMENDMENTS TO DECLARATION OF <br />CRANE VALLEY #2 CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY/REGIME <br />These amendments are made on the date hereinafter set forth by O'Connor <br />Properties L.L.C. successar to Geneva State Bank, as original declarant. <br />WHEREAS, Declarant desires to amend portions of the Original Declaration filed <br />herein on March 19, 2009 as document #0200901988. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant does hereby publish and declare the following <br />amendments to the Declaration are hereby adopted in accordance with the provisions in <br />the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 76-825 to 76-894 and the <br />following terms, covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, uses, limitations, and <br />obligations shall be deemed to run with the land, and shall be a burden and a benefit to <br />Declarants, their successors and assigns, and every person acquiring or owning an interest <br />in the Property and improvements, their grantees, successors, heirs, personal <br />representatives, devisees and assigns. That portion of the original Declaration and <br />Exhibits not amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Amendments to Declaration: <br />2.0 Description of the Condominium. The condominium is comprised of a total of <br />5 units which are numbered unit 103, unit 102, unit 732, unit 734, and unit 736, as <br />contained on the attached diagram and map. The building contains approximately 15,287 <br />square feet. The condominium is located entirely in Hall County, Nebraska, and the legal <br />description of the real estate included therein is included in the Declaration of <br />Condominium Property Regime. <br />3.0 Allocation of Common Element Interests and Common Expense Liabilities. <br />Each unit is allocated that percentage of undivided interest in common elements and in <br />the common expenses of the association as the area in each such unit bears to the total <br />area of alI of the units.
