<br />WHEREA S, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, WILLIAM R
<br />SLATER TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM R SLATER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
<br />AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 4, 2005, MADE BY WILLIAM R SLATER, AS
<br />SETTLOR AND TAMARA L SLATER TRUSTEE OF THE TAMARA L SLATER
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 4, 2005, MADE BY
<br />TAMARA L SLATER, AS SETTLOR, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and
<br />Equitable as Beneficiary, dated January 30, 2008, and recorded on February 4, 2008, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200800853 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
