<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by LARRILYN D COLEMAN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING 8a LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated DECEMBER 27TH, 1999
<br />and recorded JANUARY 3, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200000034 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of ReconveYance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust

<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA THE �j '
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING 8v LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary dated DECEMBER
<br />27TH, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HA�.L County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 200000034, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
