<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />By MICHAEL A DElNES AND LIANE L DEINES, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, NOT TENANTS IN COMMON to
<br />SECURITY STATE BANK, a Nebraska Banking corporation, as Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of SECURITY STATE BANK, as beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated DECEMBER 23, 2008 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on DECEMBER 24, 2008 in
<br />Instrument number 0200810371of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered and conf rmed
<br />as shown by endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with s �
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these ��
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by reason or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12) North, range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6�' P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4); thence S 89° 55' 10" E, along and
<br />upon the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4), a
<br />distance of Fifty Six and Two Tenths (56.20) feet to a point on the easterly right of way
<br />line of State Highway No. 11, said point also being the ACTUAL point of beginning;
<br />thence continuing S 89° 55' 10" E, along and upon the previously described course, a
<br />distance of Seven Hundred Sixty Eight and Thirty Nine Hundredths (768.39) feet to a
<br />point of the west line of Lot Fourteen (14), Centura Hills Subdivision, an Addition to the
<br />Village of Cairo, Nebraska; thence S 00° 03' 12" W, along and upon the west line of said
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), a distance of Three Hundred Seventy Nine and Seventy Six
<br />Hundredths (379.76) feet to a corner of said Lot Fourteen (14), said point also being on
<br />the northerly right of way line of Centura Hills Drive; thence N 89° 04' S3" W, along and
<br />upon the northerly right of way line of said Centura Hills Drive, a distance of Seven
<br />Hundred Seventy Four and Eighty Seven Hundredths (774.87) feet to a point on the
<br />easterly right of way line of said State Highway No. 11, said point being Forty Nine and
<br />Forty Seven Hundredth (49.47) feet east of (measured perpendicular to) the west line of
<br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4); thence N O1° 02' 48"
<br />E, along and upon the easterly right of way line of said State Highway No. 11, a distance
<br />of Three Hundred Sixty Eight and Forty Eight Hundredths (368.48) feet to the ACTUAL
