Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated AUGUST <br />�JTH� 2002, and recorded AUGUST 9, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL <br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 20020836o regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUteCl by ERIC J ALLEPt AND COPiDA L ALLEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS tT'UStOT', to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary dated AUGUST <br />�J 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xALL County, Nebraska <br />as Document No 200208360, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
