Ritter, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 27, 2007 as Instrument <br />No. 0200707348, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Two Hundred Twenty-three (223) in West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
