CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, <br />GREGORY L.
