Wright, District Judge. Plaintiff was personally present in Court with her attorney, Susan <br />Koenig. The Defendant was personally present in Court with his attorney, John B. McDermott. <br />The matter praceeds on cross claim of the Defendant for divorce, Evidence was adduced and <br />the parti�s stipulated on the record to the terms of a settlement agreement for the division of property <br />and the allocation of the debts. <br />The Court being fully advised in the file and the premises finds as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The parties were married on September 24, 1966. <br />3. Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant is a party to any other action pending in this or any <br />other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />4. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all efforts at reconciliation have <br />failed; that the marriage of the parties should be and is hereby dissolved. <br />5. The Court finds that the Stipulation to Property Agreement marked as Exhibit 1 is not <br />unconscionable and is approved by the Court and the Court further orders the parties to abide by the <br />terms of the Properly Agreement. By this reference, the Property Agreement is made a part of this <br />Decree. <br />6. The Plaintiff shall transfer from her Skagway Profit Sharing Account the sum of $70,000 <br />to Defendant, which transfer shall be by a QDRO. <br />o E `� � �� <br />7.
