<br />therein, dated September 1. 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 0099108885 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
