<br />Maria Parra, husband and wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated September 20,
<br />1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 99-109388 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
