Dunn and Dor�a�ld L. <br />Dunn, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael W. McCoy and Anne M.
