<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Travis D.
<br />Fagan and Traci R. Fagan, Husband and Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Co., for the benefit of Union Bank
<br />& Trust Co., the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 5, 2010, and recorded on Au�ust 10, 2010. in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE, as Instrument # 0201005629 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4), of Section Two (2), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4), said point being One
<br />Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Five and Forty Seven Hundredths (1,495.47) feet west of the northeast
<br />corner of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4), said point also being on the 3rd Standard Parallel; thence
<br />N89 W, along and upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4), and also being along and
<br />upon said 3rd Standard Parallel, a distance of Twenty One and Four Hundredths (21.04) feet to a point on
<br />the west line of a survey by ClarkA. Boschult, L. S. No. 438, dated December 8, 1987; thence S00°54'45"W,
<br />along and upon a west line of said Clark A. Boschult survey, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty Eight and
<br />One Hundredth (368.01) feet to a corner of said ClarkA. Boschult survey; thence S85 a distance of
<br />One Hundred Sixteen and Ninety One Hundredths (116.91) feet; thence N00 a distance of One
<br />Hundred Thirty Four and Fifty Six Hundredths (134.56) feet; thence N35 a distance of One
<br />Hundred Fifty Eight and Eleven Hundredths (158.11) feet; thence N00 a distance of One Hundred
<br />Fourteen and Ninety Seven Hundredths (114.97) feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.607 acres,
<br />� more or less, now known as Lot One (1), Wieck Subdivision, Ha11 County, Nebraska.
