<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by VICKI J MACKEN$TADT, AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND KIMBERLY A STEFFEN, AN
<br />UNMARRIED PERSON as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated NOVEMBER 9, 1998 and recorded NOVEMBER 16, 1998, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 9s-111282 regarding
<br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUteCL by VICKI J MACKENSTADT, AN UNMARRIED PER30N AND KIMBERLY A STEFFEN, AN
<br />UNMARRIED PER80N, aS tT'UStOT', to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as
<br />Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 9 , �99g, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No 98-111282 has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
