<br /> 201100433 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (4) to add to the covenants of the Grantor or to the rights, powers and <br /> remedies of the Deed Trustee for the benefit of the registered owner of the Bond or to <br /> surrender any right or power herein conferred upon the Grantor; or <br /> <br /> (5) to cure any ambiguity, to correct or supplement any provision herein <br /> which may be inconsistent with any other provision herein or to make any other <br /> provisions, with respect to matters or questions arising under this Deed of Trust, which <br /> shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Deed of Trust, provided such action <br /> shall not adversely affect the security of the registered owner of the Bond. <br /> (b) Amendments with Consent of Registered Owner of Bond. With the consent of <br /> the Lender, the Grantor and the Deed Trustee, the Deed 'T'rustee or the Lender may enter into <br /> amendments to this Deed of Trust, for the purpose of adding any provisions to or changing in any <br /> manner or eliminating any of the provisions of this Deed of Trust or of modifying in any manner <br /> the rights of the Deed Trustee or the Lender under this Deed of Trust. <br /> <br /> It shall not be necessary for the Deed Trustee or the Lender to approve the form of any proposed <br /> amendment to this Deed of Trust, but it shall be sufficient if such act shall approve the substance thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 19. Maturity; Reconveyance. This Deed of Trust (a) shall be in full force and <br /> effect until the Bond, the Loan, and any additional sums due the Lender under the Loan Documents have <br /> been paid and (b) shall mature on May 1, 2025 unless all such amounts shall be paid prior thereto. Upon <br /> payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, the Deed Trustee shall reconvey the Property and <br /> surrender this Deed of Trust and all documents evidencing the debt secured by this Deed of Trust to the <br /> Grantor. The Deed Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the <br /> person or persons legally entitled to it, and those person(s) shall pay any recordation costs. The Grantor, <br /> in such reconveyance, may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled hereto." <br /> Section 20. Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more phrases, <br /> sentences, clauses or sections in this Deed of Trust shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the <br /> remaining portions of this Deed of Trust or any part thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 21. Governing Law.
