<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Kinn M. McDnnald and
<br />Diana N. McDonald, husband and wife,
<br />Ta AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDER.AL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATI�N OF GR.AND ISLAND, NEBR.ASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated November
<br />10, 2005, and recorded November 14, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200511200, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigrzed, as Trustee, daes by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as ta such premises;
<br />Lot Thirty (30), Potash Subdivision in the City af Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, irnpravernents and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
