<br />inspection, inaintenance, rcpair, replacement, relocatian, extensic�n, removal, and operation of

<br />Grantor shall have the ri�;ht to use the easement and right-of-way fbr purposes not
<br />inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyrnent ofthe ri�hts herein granted, provided that Grantor shall
<br />not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property of�any kind
<br />whatsoever, to be erectcd, constructed, placed, storcd, or accumulated in, upon, above, along,
<br />over„ a��rnss, underneath, �r thr���;h the casement ar.d right-ot=way he.'ein gr�.nted.
<br />Grantc7r and Grantee hereto agree that Grantor shall have the right to hard surface over
<br />the easement and right-of-way and use the easement and ri�;ht-of=way for parking and ingress and
<br />egress; to install and use area lightin�; fixtures, poles, and appurtcttances in, along, or through the
<br />caseinent and right-of-way; provided if Grantee needs to survey, c�nstruct, inspect, maintain,
<br />repair, replace, relocate, extcnd, remove, or operate such public utilities and appurtenance within
<br />such casement and right-of-way, the cost of re�r►oval and repair of any hard surfacii�g or such area
<br />li�;hting appurtenances placed in, along, or through the easernent and right-ot=way shall be paid by
<br />Grantor.
<br />Grantee shall have the right at any time, to relocate, add, or upgrade such pubiic utilities
<br />and appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, c�vcr, acrass, underneath, or
<br />through the easement and right-of-way herein granted. Any such public utilities and
<br />appurtenanees plaeed in, upon, above, alon�;, over, across, underneath, or throu�h such tract of
<br />land shall remain the property of Grantee, and may be removed or replaced at any time.
<br />It is further agrecd that Grantor has lawful possession of said real estate, good right anci
<br />law�ul authority to make such conveyance; and that Grantor on behalf of itself; all heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby covcnants that the rights and privileges
