The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br />LOT FIVE (51, IN BLOCK ONE (1►, UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NE6RASKA. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2426 N CUSTER AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 688p3-2033. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />With terms �s agread upon in Nvte 101236$46 inCluding 6ut nOt limited to a principal balanCe af $76,975.�42 and an Extended <br />Maturity Date of January 5, 2016. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly mpdified abave, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Mpdification does nat waive Lander's right to require strict perfprmance pf the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modificatipns. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the <br />promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note"1. It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all <br />parties to the Deed of Trust and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly <br />releassd by Lender in writing.
