<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 14, 2010, and executed by Timothy M. Roe and Susan C.
<br />Roe, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the ofFic� of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on July 20, 2010, as Instrument No. 201005035, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has receiv�d from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Benefiiciary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as fallows:
<br />Lot Ten (1 Q) Regency by the Green Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />said request to recanvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, daes hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally sntitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
