<br />July 3, 2006, by KENT J. LENTZ, a singlc person, Trustor, in favor of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND L�AN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee, and which was fil�d for record on Ju1y 5, 2006 as Instrurnent No.
<br />2006-05972, of the Mortgage Records of Hal1 County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />the original Bene�ciary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND L�AN ASSN OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 3, 2006, and filed for record
<br />on August 31, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-47805 of the Mortga�;e Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br />Re�;ister of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />THE EAST 50.5 FEET OF LOT 351N BUENAVISTA SUBDNISION 1N THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said defiault under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Dced of Trust. ln addition, Trustor is hereby liable to tl�e Successor "Crustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has detennined to sell or cause to be sold the trust praperty
<br />to satisfiy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) rnonth of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
