<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRANA ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA as Trustee, and which was filed for record on March 3, 2006, as
<br />lnstrument No. 2006-01883, afthe Mortgage Records of Ha11 County, Nebraska. Said Deed af Trust
<br />was assigned by the ariginal Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF
<br />GRAND 1SLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated March 3, 2006, and filed
<br />tar record on March 22, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-02437 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />Cpunty, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trust�e, replacing
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST C�MPANY, NA, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust canveys property legally
<br />described as follows:

<br />KNICKREHM'S EIGHTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HAI.,L COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of�Trust has occurred by virtu� of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. ln additian, Trustor is hereby liable ta the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska slatute � 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
