<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Tz under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 11, 2007, executed by William Gomes and Agnes Gomes; Husband
<br />and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Bene�iciary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the affice af the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 16,
<br />2007, recorded as Instnunent No. 020q703965, and
<br />WHEAEAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Paints
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request ta reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />abave mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Birmingham �states Subdivisian, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secwred by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the pravisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut watxanty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
