Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall request Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Securiry Instrument and all nntes evidencing debt secared by this Securiry Instrument to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without wacranty to the person or persans legally entitled to it. Such persou ar persons shall pay any recordation costs.
