<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Percy L Upton and Nicolle Upton, as Trustor, and Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, fox the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded on the 22 day of March, 200z, at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Buffalo County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 02002031p0, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persans entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as de�ned in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1p01):
