<br />MASTER CONIMISSIONE.R'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. Cl 10 -18 in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC, is the
<br />plaintiff, and Vaughn M. Kuta, Melanie L. Kuta, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee,
<br />CitiFinancial, Inc., (MD), Beneficiary, and Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are the
<br />defendants, Chase Home Finance LLC, did obtain a Decree finding that there is
<br />due the plaintiff the sum of Seventy -Seven Thousand Six Hundred Three Dollars
<br />and Ten cents ($77,003.10), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs
<br />and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R.
<br />Baack, Master commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the
<br />Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on August 19, 2010, inside the front door
<br />of the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />Nebraska, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once in each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper
<br />printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to the plaintiff for the sum of Eighty -Seven Thousand one Hundred
<br />Thirty -Five Dollars and Seventy -Two Cents ($87,135.72 ); and
<br />WHEREAS, chase Home Finance LLC, has assigned all of its right, title,
<br />and interest in and to such bid at said sale and to the real estate described in the
<br />Order of Sale issued in the aforementioned lawsuit, to the Secretary of Housing and
<br />Urban Development, its successors and assigns; and
