<br />Borrawer and Lender covenant and agree as follows:
<br />Payment of 1'rincipal and Interest; Other Charges. Borrower shall promptly pay when due the principal of and
<br />ir�terest on the debt owed under the Contract ax�d late charges or any other fees and charges due under the Cantract.
<br />Applicable Law. As used in this Security InsCrument, tlae term "Applicable Law" shall meax� all cc�ntrolling
<br />applicable federal, atate and local statutes, regulations, ordinances and adrnini�trative rules and orders (that have
<br />the effect ��£ law) as well as all applicable final, non-appealable judicial opinions.
<br />Cl�ar�es; Liens. Borrowcr shall pay atl taxes, assessments, charges, �nes and impositic�ns zttributable to the
<br />Property which may attain priority over this Security Instrucnent, and leasehold payments or �round rents, if any.
<br />At the request of Lender, Borrower shall promptly ftirnish to Lender receipts evidencing tl�e payment.s.
<br />Borrower shall promptly discharge any liez� whicli has priority over this Security Instrumenl unless Borrower: (a)
<br />agrees i�� writing to the payrnent of the obligation secured by lhe lien in a manner acceptable to Lender; (b)
<br />contests in good faith the lien by, or defends against enfarceme»t of the lieti in, legal proceedings which in lhe
<br />Lender's opittic�n operate to prevent the enforcement of the lien; or (c) secureti from the }�older of the lien an
