<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2010, executed by Larry W. Fowle, a single person, in which F'ive Points
<br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of i.he
<br />Register of Deeds of�Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instruinent #0201002305 on the 7th day of
<br />April, 2010, and
<br />WI�EREAS, said undersigned, Five Poixits Bank, as Trustee, has received trom Five Points I3ank,
<br />as Beneticiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot 1 l, in I31ock B, in Park-View Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have bee�� tully paid;
<br />NOW THERErOI2�;, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
