SALE OF NOTE; CHANGE IN SERVYCER. <br />The Note or a partial interest in, the Note (together w�ith this Instrument and the other Loan <br />Documents) may be sold one or more times without prior notice to Borrower. A sale may result in <br />a change of the Laan Servicer. There alsa may be one or more changes of thc Loan Servicer <br />unrelated to a sale of the Note. If thcr� is a change of the Loan Servicer, Borrowcr will be given <br />notice of the change. <br />33. SINGLE ASS�T BORROWER. <br />Until thc Indebtedness is paid in full, Borrower (a) shall not acquire any real ar persanal <br />property ather than the Mortgaged Property and persanal property related to the op�ratian and <br />maintenance af the Mortgaged Property; (b) shall not operate any business other than th� <br />management an.d operation of the Martgaged Property and (c) shall not maintain its assets in a way <br />difficult to segre�ate and identify. <br />34. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BOUND. <br />"I`his Instrument shall bind, and the rights granted by this rnstrument shall inure to, th� <br />resp�ctive successvrs and assigns of Lender and Borrawer. However, a"I'ransfer nat permitted by <br />Section 21 shall be an Event of Default. <br />35. JQINT ANU SEVERAL LIABILYTY. <br />If more than ane person or entity signs this Instrument as Borrower, the obli�ations of such <br />persons and entities shall be joint and several. <br />36. RELATIONS�YP OF PARTIES; NU THIItD PARTY BENEFICIARY. <br />(a) The relationship between Lender and $orrowcr sh�ll be solely that af creditor and <br />debtor, respectively, and nothing contained in this Instrument shall create any ather relationship <br />between Lender and 13orrower. <br />(b) No creditor of any party to this Instrument and nn other person shall be a third <br />party beneficiary of this Instrument or any other Laan Dacumeni.
