Lc�cust St., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein referred <br />to as beneficiary. <br />The parties recite and declare that: <br />a. T�rustor executed a trust deed on May 15, 2008, in favor of beneficiary, whir.h was <br />recorded on May 23, 2Q0$ in the office of the Register of Deeds, ot� Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 200804480 covering the followin� described property (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat�. 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />LOT ONE (1) ENGEL SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />b. The above inentioan�d trust deed was given as security for Loan, described in such <br />trust deed, in the ori�inal amount of Ten Thousand One Hundred and SO/ 100---($10, l 00.50) <br />Dollars, executed an May 1 S, 2008, by trustor in favor of beneficiary. <br />c. Trustar desires to obtain a loan in the amc�unt of One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand <br />and No/100--- ($147,000.00) Dollars, from EQU�TABLE BANK , 113-115 N. Locust St., City of <br />Grand Island, County of Hall, State af Nebraska, herein referred to as lender, but l�nder requires <br />that such loa� be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to th� trust deed in favc�r of <br />beneficiary. <br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien of the trust deed in their favor insofar as <br />it encuraabers the above-described premises, to the trust deed made in favor of lender in c�rder that <br />trustor may �btain such loan froin lender.
