<br />Virgilio Juarez and Norma Juar�z, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trust�e, which was recorded in th� office of the Register
<br />of D�eds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Dvcument #98-110786 & Document
<br />#0200710�98, on the 3 of November, 1998 & 27�" of December, 2pQ7, and an Modification
<br />Of Deed of Trust dated February 27th, 2009 execut�d by Virgilio Juarez and Norma Juarez,
<br />husband and wife which was recorded in th� office of the Regist�r af Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document #0200901501 on the 2nd day of March, 2Q09, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estat� described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTHER�.Y FIFTY-SEVEN AND EIGHT TENTHS (57.8) FEET OF THE
<br />EASTERLY NINE AND SIX TENTHS (9.6) FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND THE NQRTHERLY
<br />FIFTY-SEVEN AND EIGHT TENTHS (57.8) FEET QF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FIVE (5),
<br />ROLLINS' ADDITI�N, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HAI.I. COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordanc� with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut warranty, to the persan
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estat� now held by said Trustee hereunder.
