Knox, as Grantors, did quitclaim to Gerald B. Knox and Tr�nna E. Knox, as Co-Trustees of The Knox Family Trust dated May 27, 20QS, the real praperty situated in Hall County, Nebraska legally described on Exhibit A attached and made a part hereof which deed was recorded on %� , 20 UCv , in, the �all County Nebraska R�corder's office. That the decedent is the same person referenc�d as a Settlor/Grantor in the quitclaim de�d and as a Trustee in The Knox Family Trust dated May 27, 2005. 5.
