<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ("Secua'ity Instrurnc,�nt" or "Second Security Instrument") is made on December 21 2010.

<br />covered by this Security Insmunent. All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instniment as the "Property."
<br />BORROWER COVENANTS that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to
<br />mortgage, grant and canvey the Property and that the Property is cmly encumbered by a First Security Instrument given
<br />by Borrower and dated the same date as this Security Instrument ("First Security Instrument"). Borrower warrants and
