<br />agreernents, stipulations, and conditions in said Mortgage/Promissory Note shall be and remain in full force
<br />and effect, except as herein modified, and none of tha Mortgagor's obligations oz' liabilities under said
<br />Mortgage/Promissory Note shall be diminished or released by any provisions hereoF, nor shall this
<br />Agreement iva any way impair, dimiuish, or affect any of the Mortgagee's rights under or remedies on the

<br />all zaghts of recourse to which the Mortgagee is presently entitled againsf any property or any other persans
