<br />Applicable Law. As used in Chis Security Instrument, the term "Applicable [,aw" shall mean all controlling

<br />the effect of law) as we11 as all applicable linal, non-appealable judicial opinions.
<br />Charges; Liens. Borrpwer shall pay. all taxes, assessments, charges, fines and iinposi±ioi�s attributable to tl�e
<br />Property which may attain prioriCy over this Security Instrument, and leasehold payments or �row�d rents, if any.
<br />At the request of Lender, Borrower shall promptly furnish to Lender receipts evidencing the payrr.ients.
