The suit includes causes <br />of action seeking an order declaring that certain real estate is subject to restrictions <br />requiring that the real estate be subdivided in accordance with the agreement of the <br />parties. Such agreement requires that the real estat� be subdivided into a minimum <br />of 403 residential lots and each residential lot must initially be improved with <br />manufactur�d or modular housing constructed by Chief.
