The nature of such breach is as follaws: The installnnents of principal and interest which <br />became due on 8/1/2010, and all subsequent installments of principal and interest through the date of this Notice, <br />plus amounts that are due for late charges, delinquent property taxes, insurance prerniums, advances made on senior <br />liens, taxes and/or insurance, trustee's fees, and any attorney fees and court costs arising frnm or associated with th� <br />beneficiaries efforts to protect and preserve its security, all of which must be paid as a condition of reinstatement, <br />including all sums that shall accrue through reinstatement or pay-off: Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a <br />waiver of atiy fees owin� to the Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust pursuant to the terms of the loan documents. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute the debt or any <br />portion thereof within thirty (30) days frnm your receipt of this notice. If you notify the undersigned in writin� <br />within this time period, we will mail you a veri .fication of the debt. In addition, if the nriginal creditar is different <br />from the above named creditor, the name and address of the ariginal creditor will be provided to you if you raquest <br />this information in writing form the undersigned within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
