<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 13, 200$, and executed by Anthony J. Wald,
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and #he
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on August 1$, 2pp$, as Instrument No. 20p$07126, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written r�quest to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed af
<br />Trust above mentioned as fallows:
<br />Lat Eight (8), Meadowlark Estates Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereta, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREQF', the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
