2011Q0�0� <br />(D) "Trustce" is CENTRIS FEQERAL C�2EDI7 UNION,343 N 114TH STREET <br />OMAHA, NE 68154 <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated December 29th, 201 <br />2010 . The Note states that Borrower owes Lender <br />QNE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 160,000.00 ) plus interest. Borrower has promised to pay this <br />debt in regular Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than <br />February 1 st, 2026 . <br />(� "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of <br />Rights in the Property. " <br />(G) "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any pxepayment charges <br />and late charges due under the Note, and all surns due under this Security Instrument, plus <br />interest. <br />(I-n "Riders" means all Riders ta this Security Instrument that are executed by Borrower. <br />The following Riders are to be executed by Borrower [check box as applicable]: <br />Q Adjustable Rate Rider <br />� Balloon Rider <br />0 Other(s) [specify] <br />[] Condominiurn Rider � <br />[] Biweekly Payrnent Rider 0 <br />0 Planned Unit Developrnent Rider <br />Secand Home Rider <br />1-4 Family Rider <br />(I) "Applicable Law" means all controlling applicable federal, state and lacal statutes, <br />regulations, ordinances and administrative rules and nrders (that have the effect of law) as well <br />as all applicable final, non-appealable judicial opinions. <br />(J) "Commanity Associatian Dues, Fees, and Assessrnents" means all dues, fees, <br />assessments and other charges that are impased on Borrower or the 1'roperty by a condorninium <br />associatinn, homeowners association or similar organization. <br />(K) "Electronic Funds Transfer" means any transfer of funds, other than a transaction <br />originated by check, draft, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic <br />terminal, telephonic instrument, computer or magnetic tape so as to order, instruct, or autharize <br />a financial institution to debit or credit an account.
