<br />E LEISER HUSBAND AND WIFE, of 4016 FDNA DR, GRAND ISLAND, HALL CO[1NTY,

<br />b. The above mentioned trust deed was �iven as security fi��r Loan, described in such
<br />trust deed, in the original a�nount of Seventeen Thousand Eighty-Five a�ad 50/100---($17,08.5.,50)
<br />Dollars, executed on ]VIARCH 3, 200$, by trustor in favor of beneficiary.
<br />c. Trustor desires to obtain a loan in the amount of �ighty Tl�ousand and No/100---
<br />($80,000.00) Dollars, from EQUITABLE BANK , 113-11 S N. Locust St., C~ity of Grand lslancl,
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as lender, but lender requires that such loar�
<br />be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to the trust deed in favc�r af beneficiary.
<br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien of the trust deed in their favc7r insofar as
<br />it encumbers thE abave-described premises, ta the trust deed made in favor oFlender in arder that
<br />trustor may obtain suc;h loan from lender. For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of
