Applicalion caf Payments or 1'roceeds. Except as otherwise descrihed in this Section 2, all payments accepted and <br />applied by Leiuler shall be applied in the 1'ollowing ordcr ol'� priority: (a) interest due under the Note; (b) principal due under <br />Lhe Note; (c) amounts due under Scction 3. Such payments shall be applied to each Periodic Paymcnt in the order in which it <br />bccame due.
