It was reported that the Carporation had negotiated an Acquisition Contz�act rn�ith the State af Nebraska, Departmen.t o:f Roads for the sale of real property for a purchase price of $87,635.00. Upon motion duly made and seconded the following resolutions were unanimously adopted: BE TT RESOLVED, that all documentation wi.th the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads far the sale of real property £ar a purchase price a� $87,635.00 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the officers of the corporation are authorized and directed to execute all dacumentation with the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads for the sale of real property for a purchase price of $8'1,635.00 and tn tak� all action necessaxy in connection therewith. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the officers af the Gorporatinn a.�re hereby authoritz�d and directed for, and on behalf of the Board of Directors, ta ex�cute all necessary documents tn convey title to corporate property for highway purposes to the State of Nebraska, Department of Raads. BE IT FURTHER RES�LVED, that Gerald W. Bremer as President o:f the Corporatian is authorized to sign the Resolution attached her�to and made a part hereaf by reference.
