<br />(L) "Electronic Funds Transfer" means any transfer of funds, other than a lxansacfron origi;nated by check, draft,
<br />or similar papez' instrument, wk�ich is initiated through an electzonic temunal, telephonic instrumenC, conaputer, or
<br />magneric tape so as to order, instruct, or authorize a financial institution to debit or credit an account. Such term
<br />includes, but is iiot limited to, pvint-of-sale txansfers, autorcaated teller machine transactions, txansfers initiated by
<br />telephone, wire transfers, and automated clearingllouse transfers,
<br />(M) "Escrow Items" means those items that are described in Section 3.
<br />(N) "Miscellaneous Proceeds" zneans any cazz�pensation, settlez�aent, award of damages, or proceeds paid by any
<br />third party (other than insurance proceeds paid undet the coverages described in Secrion 5) Coz: (i) dama�;e to, or
<br />deshuction of, the Property; (�i) condemnation or other taking of all or any parC of the Property; (iiz) conveyance in
<br />lieu of cpndernnation; or (iv) misrepresentations of, or omissions as to, the value and/or condition of the Prpperty.
<br />(0) "Mortgage �nsurance" means insurance protecting Lender against the nonpayment of, or default on, the Loan.
<br />(P) "Periodic Payment" mea�ns the regulatly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest trnder the Npte,
<br />plus (ii) any amounts under Section 3 of this Security Instrument.
