<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this � day ot

<br />Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustars, for valuable consideration and in order ta
<br />secure �.a Beneficiary the payment af valuabl� consideration, did
<br />exectxte a Deed of Trust, which wa.s filed an August 31, 2005, and
<br />identified as Document No. 2�0508557, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's succes�ors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />The Wes�erly Fifty (50) feet af Lot Two (2), Block Seven (7),
<br />Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fu11y paid to Seneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has reques�ed that the estate conveyed by �he said Deed
<br />of Trus�. to Trustee in the said property hereiribefore mentianed and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, th� undersigned Trustee does hereby release, canvey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors a11 right, title, interest, claim
