Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed r�f Trust <br />eXeCUteCl by Ted J Robb aka Tedd J Robb, a single person, as ti'ustoT', to Ear1 D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attarney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Sank fka Equitable Federal Savings <br />Bank of Grand Island as B�n�fi�iary, dated August 29, 20AS, and recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska as Document No. 20oS116�5, has been <br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed af Reconveyance be <br />executied and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee r�conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in parag:raph 3 below. <br />3.
