<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, ("BEN�FICIARY"), whose mailing address is: P. O. Box 1001

<br />FOR VALUABLE CON5IDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys, �nd assigns to
<br />Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SAL�, for the benefit and security of Ben�ficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and canditions af this DPed of Trust, the real property locatad in the County af Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, and legally described as follows: (the "Praperty"):
<br />Lot Two (2), Evans Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, ap�urtenances, hereditarr�ents, interests in adjoining
<br />roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all persanal
<br />property tha# may be ar hereafter becom� an integral part of such buildings and impravements.
<br />The property �nd the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are referred to collectively
<br />as the "Trust Estate".
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURI�JG:
<br />a. Payment of indebtedness in the total principal amount of $8,567.00 with no interest thereon, as
<br />evidenced by #he certain Promissory Note of even date (the "Note") with a maturity date an demand of the
<br />Beneficiary, ex�cuted by Trustor which has b�en delivered �nd is payable tp the order of Beneficiary, and
<br />which by this reference is hereby made a part hereof, and any and all modifications, extensions and
<br />ren�wals thereof, and,
<br />b. Payment of all sums advanced by �eneficiary to pratect the Trust �state, with no interest
<br />ther�on.
<br />This b�ed of Trust, the Nate, and any other instrument given to evidence or furkher secure the
<br />payment and performance of any obligation secured h�reby are referred ta collectively as the "La2�n
<br />Instruments".
<br />Tp PROTECT THE S�CURITY QF THIS DE�� OF TRUST:
<br />1. PAYMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS. Trustor shall pay wher� due the principal of, and the interest
<br />on, the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, ch�rges, fees and all oth�r sums as provided in the Loan
<br />Instruments.
<br />2. TAXES. Trustor shall pay each installment of all taxes and special assessmenks of every kind,
<br />naw ar hereafter levied against the Trust Estate ar any part hereof, before delinquency, withaut notice or
<br />demand, and shall pravide Beneficiary with evidence of the payment vf same. Trustor shall pay afl taxes
<br />and assessm�nts which may be levied upon Ben�ficiary's interest herein or upon this Deed of Trust or the
<br />debt secured hereby, withaut regard to any law that may be enacted imposing payment of the whale ar
<br />any part th�reof upon the Beneficiary.
