<br />may be no balance due under the note and regardless of whether I,ender is ohligated to make such future advances.
<br />CROSS COLLATERAI,IZATION. lt is the expressed intent of Grantor to cross collateralize all of its
<br />Indebtedness and obligations to Lx;nder, howsoever arising and whensoever incurrcd.
