<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by BRIAN R PACKER AND STACY K PACKER; HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS, NO TENANTS IN COMMON to
<br />SECURITY STATE BANK, a Nebraska Banking corporation, as Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of SECURITY STATE BANK, as bene�ciary named
<br />therein, dated OCTOBER 4, 2005 and recorded in the office of the
