<br />Trustors, in favor ofHOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as
<br />Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee, and which was filed for record
<br />on July 25, 2006, as Instrument No. 200G0661 S, in the otfice of the Register of Deeds for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HUME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND ta U.S. SANK, N.A., by virtue of an
<br />Assignment dated July 21, 2006, and filed for recard on August 25, 2006, as Instrument No.
<br />20Ob07b31 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK TWENTY-THREE (23), COLLEGE ADDITION
<br />TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF' GRAND ISLAND, HALL COLTNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under thc terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee, for all fees and
<br />costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §'16-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisiy
<br />the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) rnonth of the �lin� of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
