Said Deed of Trust <br />conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK TWENTY-THREE (23), COLLEGE ADDITION <br />TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF' GRAND ISLAND, HALL COLTNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under thc terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust.
