<br />`'VHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporatian, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed af Trust dated July 29, 2009, executed by Alfred J, Starzec and Joni S. Starzec; Husband
<br />and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the affice of the Register of Deeds, Hall Couniy, Nebraska, on August S,
<br />2009, recorded as Instrument No. 020�906489, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigraed, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request ta recanvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentianed as follaws:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Westwood Park Sixth Subdivision, in the City af Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the pravisians af such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
